Welcome to EIC Imports. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Business Model

EIC Imports operates a preorder and sourcing service, where products are sourced from China upon customer request and delivered to Ghana.

We do not hold all items in stock. Most products are purchased only after a customer places an order.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be confirmed with full or partial payment.

• Orders are only processed after payment is received.

• Prices are subject to change based on supplier costs, exchange rates, and shipping fees.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

3. Preorder Policy

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

• Your item will be sourced from China after payment confirmation

• Delivery timelines typically range between [X–X weeks]

• Delays may occur due to shipping, customs, or supplier issues

EIC Imports will keep customers informed of any significant delays.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

• We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • External factors beyond our control

Customers will be notified when their orders are ready for pickup or delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of preorder sourcing:

• All payments are generally non-refundable once an order has been placed and processed

• Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item is unavailable from the supplier

  • The order cannot be fulfilled

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selections made by the customer

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However:

• Some product images may be sourced from suppliers

• Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur

EIC Imports is not liable for minor differences between product images and delivered items.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate order details (size, color, specifications)

• Providing correct contact and delivery information

EIC Imports will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer input.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and sent to suppliers

• Cancellation requests before processing may be considered at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

EIC Imports shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delays beyond our control

• Issues arising from misuse of products after delivery
