EIC IMPORTS – REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Overview
EIC Imports operates a preorder sourcing model where products are purchased directly from suppliers in China after customer orders are confirmed and payment is made.
Because of this model, all orders are treated as final once processing begins.
2. No Refund Policy (After Supplier Processing)
- Once an order has been processed and payment has been made to the supplier, no refunds will be issued.
- This is because products are specially purchased based on customer request and cannot be cancelled or resold easily.
- Customers are advised to confirm all order details before payment.
3. Refund Eligibility (Before Processing Only)
Refunds are only possible if:
- The order has NOT yet been processed or sent to the supplier
- The product is still available for cancellation at the supplier stage
???? If cancellation is approved at this stage, a refund may be issued (minus any transaction or processing fees where applicable).
4. Sold-Out or Unavailable Items
- In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation:
- Customers will be informed immediately
- They may choose an alternative product or receive a refund
5. Return Policy (After Delivery)
EIC Imports offers a 3-day return policy under specific conditions:
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their item only if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item received is not what was ordered (wrong item delivered)
6. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Proof (photo/video) of issue must be provided within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect size or color selected by customer (unless EIC Imports made the error)
- Damage caused after delivery
- Items that were clearly described as final sale or preorder-only non-returnable goods
8. Return Approval Process
- All return requests must be reviewed and approved by EIC Imports
- Customers must contact support within the 3-day window
- Approved returns may result in replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the error is from EIC Imports (wrong or defective item), return costs may be covered
- If the return is not due to EIC Imports error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
10. Refund Method (If Approved)
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or agreed alternative
- Processing time may vary depending on banking systems
11. Policy Agreement
By placing an order with EIC Imports, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
12. Policy Updates
EIC Imports reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated terms apply to all new orders.
