EIC IMPORTS – SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Overview
EIC Imports is a Ghana-based preorder business that sources products directly from manufacturers and retail suppliers in China. All items are shipped internationally after customer orders are confirmed.
Because products are sourced and shipped from overseas, delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- Processing includes product sourcing, supplier confirmation, and purchase in China.
- Processing time typically ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on product availability.
3. Shipping Method
- Products are shipped from China to Ghana using trusted international shipping partners.
- Shipping methods may include air freight or sea freight depending on product type, size, and urgency.
- Tracking information will be provided when available from the shipping carrier.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery is divided into two stages:
Stage 1: China Processing & Dispatch
- 3–10 business days (sourcing + supplier processing)
Stage 2: International Shipping to Ghana
- Air shipping: approximately 7–21 business days
- Sea shipping: approximately 20–45 business days

5. Preorder Notice
- All items are preorder-based unless clearly stated as “in stock in Ghana.”
- Customers acknowledge that products are not immediately available locally.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed exact dates.
6. Customs & Import Duties
- Some shipments may be subject to customs checks or import duties in Ghana.
- Any customs fees (if applicable) may be charged to the customer unless otherwise stated.
- EIC Imports is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Supplier production delays
- Factory stock shortages
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays in China or Ghana
EIC Imports will always communicate updates where possible.
8. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared once available from the shipping carrier.
- Customers can request order status updates at any time via official communication channels.
9. Delivery Confirmation
- Orders are considered delivered once the tracking system confirms arrival at the customer’s provided address or pickup point.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
10. Risk of Loss
- EIC Imports ensures proper handling and shipment through verified suppliers and logistics partners.
- However, EIC Imports is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers after dispatch.
11. Address Responsibility
- Customers must provide correct and complete delivery information.
- EIC Imports is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
12. Policy Updates
